The anti-U.S. movement of Shi'ite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr is now Iraq's main humanitarian organisation helping needy Iraqis, relief group Refugees International says in a report certain to cause concern in Washington. The aid agency says Sadr's Mehdi Army militia and other Shi'ite and Sunni Arab militias are expanding their influence by providing food, shelter and other essentials
