وأساتذة في الحوزة العلمية بينهم نجل المرجع الديني بشير النجفي، بمدينة النجف الاشرف امس الاحد، استياء كبار المراجع من "التصعيد العسكري" الذي قالت ان من يقف وراءه اشخاص يبحثون عن "مكاسب انتخابية". وذكر رجال دين ان المرجعية تراقب تطورات الاوضاع بين الاقليم والمركز وانها "ستتخذ موقفا صارماً" اذا ما انفجرت الاوضاع بين الجانبين. وفي تصريحات خاصة بـ"المدى" قال رجال دين ان الحوزة العلمية تتوجس من عودة اجواء الحرب وظلال الديكتاتورية على البلاد، لكنهم شددوا على ان حوزة النجف ستقف بوجه من يشعل فتيل الحروب بين مكونات الشعب العراقي التي تربطها "علاقات تاريخية"، وان الشيعة لن يفرطوا بذلك ولن يتخلوا عن مشروع الدولة. ويعيش العراق منذ شهر تقريبا على وقع ازمة حادة نشبت اثر تحريك قطعات من عمليات دجلة باتجاه قضاء طوزخورماتو المتنازع عليه مع اقليم كردستان. واتهم رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي اقليم كردستان بخرق الدستور لانه يحول دون تحرك الجيش العراقي في مناطق مختلطة قوميا. وفي لقاء مع "المدى" قال الشيخ علي النجفي، نجل المرجع بشير النجفي والمتحدث باسم مكتبه، ان "الأزمة الحالية مرفوضة جداً من قبلنا، ونحن نأسف أسفاً شديداً لما يحصل من أزمات متعاقبة في البلاد". واضاف النجفي "نرفض رفضاً قاطعاً أي تصعيد من جميع الجهات خاصة التصعيد العسكري الأخير بين الأخوة الكرد وحكومة المالكي، سواء كانت تلك التصعيدات من الحكومة المركزية في بغداد أو من حكومة الاقليم". ويرى المتحدث باسم مكتب المرجع النجفي إن "المشتركات بين الشيعة والكرد كثيرة واهمها الإشتراك في الدين والدستور والروح الوطنية في بناء الدولة"، مشددا على وجوب "تحكيم العقل في إتخاذ القرارات المصيرية التي تخص الوطن والمواطن". وعن موقف حوزة النجف ومرجعيتها من ازمة قد تتطور الى حرب قومية كما قال رئيس الوزراء في تصريحات حملت لهجة شديدة السبت، قال النجفي "إننا نعمل بشكل مستمر على حل هذه الأزمة ولكن خلف الكواليس"، ويضيف "نعمل بهدوء على حل الخلافات والنزاعات وكشف ملفات الفساد والمفسدين". الى ذلك يؤكد لطيف العميدي، الاستاذ في حوزة النجف، ان "المرجعية ضد أي توتر بين كل أطياف الشعب وهي غير راضية على التراشقات الإعلامية والتحشيد العسكري من جميع الأطراف". ويضيف العميدي، في اتصال هاتفي اجرته معه "المدى"، "البارحة كنت في مكتب المرجع الاعلى السيد علي السيستاني والتقيت اشخاصا نافذين في مكتبه اكدوا لي إنهم مستاؤون من كل ما يحدث من أزمات ابتداء من عدم توفير الخدمات للمواطن كما انهم عبروا عن أستيائهم الكبير بشان الازمة السياسية والعسكرية بين الأقليم وحكومة بغداد". ورأى استاذ الحوزة العلمية إن "خطابات المالكي الأخيرة تثير مخاوف طلبة الحوزة العلمية وأساتذتها"، مشيرا الى "وجود توجس من قبل الحوزة والمرجعية من أن تُرجعنا هذه الخطابات إلى مشاكل الحرب وأزماتها، أو وجود دكتاتورية جديدة". وشدد على ان "حوزة النجف ستقف بوجه كل من يحاول إدخال البلاد في حرب بين أطياف الشعب وقومياته لاننا نعلم إنهم يزيدون من معاناة الشعب من أجل مكاسب إنتخابية فقط". ولفت العميدي إلى إن "الحوزة اعتادت أن لا تتدخل بشكل كبير في الأمور السياسية لكنها اليوم تؤكد عدم رضاها عن السياسيين الحاليين الذين يقودون البلاد لذا قامت باغلاق الباب في وجوههم"، معتبرا ذلك "أكبر دليل على إن الحوزة غير راضية على تصرفاتهم". وأكد ان "صوت المرجعية سيكون أكبر وأقوى في حال وصل الوضع الحالي لمرحلة أكثر تأزماً"، وتابع "وسيرى القادة السياسيين موقفا جادا وصارم من قبل جميع المراجع". من جهته يؤكد الشيخ فرحان الساعدي إن "الوضع العام في البلاد أصبح حرجاً جداً وهو ما يستدعي ان يكون خطاب الحوزة اكثر هدوئا من أجل إمتصاص التشنجات الموجودة بين السياسيين". ويضيف الساعدي، وهو استاذ في الحوزة العلمية ومقرب من بعض المرجعيات الدينية، في حديث لـ "المدى" امس "نشعر كأننا نسير في حقل ألغام لذلك نسير بحذر من أجل عدم إشعال فتيل أزمة عسكرية جديدة خاصة بين الكرد والشيعة". وتابع إن "الحوزة تشعر بألم كبير بسبب الأزمة لكن كل ما يدور لن يهدم العلاقة بين الشيعة والكرد فهي تاريخية وكل ما مر بالأكراد من أزمات في زمن دكتاتورية صدام كان قد مر علينا وكل من قُتل منهم فهو قد قُتل منا". ويشدد الساعدي على ان "العلاقة التاريخية بين الشيعة والكرد يجب النظر اليها بإحترام كبير، والكلام أيضاً يشمل الأخوة السنّة، ولن نتخلى عن مشروع بناء الدولة". ويرى إن "مفهوم الدكتاتورية أصبح مثل قربة الماء القديمة التي لايستطيع أحد إستخدامها في زمننا الحديث"، مشيرا الى ان "المالكي لن يستطيع أن يتحول إلى دكتاتور أبداً ولا نقبل الحديث بهذا الموضوع مهما كانت أيجابياته أو سلبياته". ونوه الى ان "المشكلة الأكبر التي ربما نواجهها بسبب أزمة الصراع حول كركوك هي أزمة العلاقات الدولية، ونخشى من أن تكون البلاد مستنقع لدول الجوار التي تتربص به من أجل تمرير أجنداتها". اشار الساعدي الى إن "عمل الحوزة ديني تربوي ورعوي بالدرجة الاولى، هي لا تستطيع أن تتدخل في الأزمة بشكل كبير، لكن صوتها موجود من خلال الخطباء، وحريصين على أن لا تكون خطاباتنا مؤججة للأزمة". لكنه يلفت الى ان "أكبر رسالة قدمتها الحوزة والمراجع للساسة كانت حينما
