Steff Gaulter Last updated: 14 Jan 2014 10:40 Flooding has inundated parts of the Indonesian capital, Jakarta. Thousands of people have been evacuated from their homes, and there are concerns that the flooding could get worse, as the heavy rains are set to continue until the end of February. ============ Death and destruction in Baghdad. A series of car bombs kill more than 25 people in Shi'ite Muslim districts of the capital. The bombings started Monday with the violence continuing into Tuesday with more deadly bombings and shootings. Crews have been picking up the pieces ever since. One witness says enough is enough. (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) UNIDENTIFIED EYEWITNESS, SAYING: "All my friends were killed. Poor men. What is their guilt? Where is the government? Many blasts happened on this street. Let the government close this street and never open it again." The attacks, which wounded at least 76 people, coincided with two separate high profile visits to the Iraqi capital. U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon met with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Monday. Then on Tuesday, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif visited his counterpart to discuss the conflict in Syria. Although no group claimed responsibility for the attack, the bombings appear to be part of an al Qaeda-linked campaign to undermine the Iraqi government. ==================
