Syria-Turkey-Iran: A new anti-US alliance

The US invasion of Iraq started to cause serious troubles to US strategies in the Middle East. The Turks, who have been staunch anti-communist and US allies for decades, are threatening to invade the US-installed Kurdish enclave in North Iraq. The Kurdish Tarzani (Talibani-Barzani) warlords have been defying Iraq central government, by refusing to raise the Iraqi flag in their territories, collecting their own custom duties and taxes, having their own army, signing oil exploration contracts with foreign oil cartels and allowing Israeli agents to operate. These acts made them lose the support of the Iraqis, the Arabs and the Muslims at large. That is at the time when Iran and Syria have announced their support for the Turkish government in any measure they deem necessary to protect the Turkish interests. The Turks are not mainly after the PKK fighters but after preventing the oil city of Kirkuk, with a considerable Turkmen presence, from falling under the control of the Tarzani warlords.
What options does Bush have if Turkish forces were to occupy part of the Kurdish enclave? Fighting with Turkey, a NATO member will be a real disaster as it will open a bigger front than Iraq has been so far and will forge an anti-American alliance of Shiite Iran, Allawite Syria and Sunni Turkey. But if Bush doesn’t stop the Turks, then it is Adios to the USraeli agents, the short-sighted Kurdish Tarzani.

I don't think you realise how deep sheet Bush America is in right now. You talk about bombardment, but you forget that the US and its allies have dropped more bombs on Baghdad than on Germany during the entire period of WWII. Four years later-1677 days until now from last US invasion, the Americans are still dying in Iraq. I hope against hope that Bush America will attack Iran and Syria and that Turkey will trim the nails of the Kurdish Tarzani.

No-one will feel sorry if Israel disappears from the map. We will definitely have less wars, less violence and cheaper oil if Jews ever decide to pack up and leave to New York where the money is. If Americans love the Jews, they should keep them close.
