نائب من (دعوة- العراق) يترك دولة القانون بحثاً عن الحرية

أعلن النائب جواد البزوني، أمس الخميس، عن انسحابه من ائتلاف دولة القانون بزعامة رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي، مؤكداً أنه لا يزال ضمن التحالف الوطني كنائب "مستقل"، في ثاني انسحاب يشهده ائتلاف المالكي منذ تشكيله قبيل الانتخابات البرلمانية التي جرت في آذار 2010.

وقال البزوني خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقده في مقر البرلمان امس، وحضرته "المدى"، "قررت أن أكون نائباً مستقلاً في البرلمان"، عازياً أسباب انسحابه من دولة القانون إلى "ابتعاد الأحزاب السياسية عن إيجاد حلول لمشاكل المواطنين".
وأضاف البزوني أن "قراري هذا سيجعلني حراً في المطالبة بحقوق المواطنين"، مؤكداً في الوقت نفسه أنه سيبقى ضمن صفوف التحالف الوطني.
ويعد البزوني ثاني نائب ينسحب من ائتلاف دولة القانون خلال أقل من عام، إذ أعلنت النائبة صفية السهيل عن انسحابها منه في آب 2011.
ويضم الائتلاف الذي يتزعمه رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي بعد انسحاب البزوني والسهيل 87 نائباً ينتمون لتجمعات سياسية عدة ضمن الائتلاف وهي حزب الدعوة الإسلامي بزعامة المالكي، وحزب الدعوة الإسلامي تنظيم العراق برئاسة هاشم الموسوي، وكتلة مستقلون برئاسة نائب رئيس الوزراء حسين الشهرستاني، وكتلة كفاءات برئاسة المتحدث الرسمي باسم الحكومة علي الدباغ والاتحاد الإسلامي التركماني برئاسة عباس البياتي.
وليس بعيدا عن ائتلاف دولة القانون، اعلن النائب عنه هيثم الجبوري ان الهيئة السياسية لائتلافه ليس لها علم بوجود صفقة لإطلاق سراح المتهم مشعان الجبوري مشيرا الى ان عزة الشابندر لا يمثل دولة القانون وان كان مشتركا في الصفقة فنحن مع تقديمه للقضاء.
وذكر النائب هيثم الجبوري لوكالة الفرات نيوز ان"براءة المتهم مشعان الجبوري محط قلق لمجلس النواب وللشارع العراق وان التصريحات السابقة له كانت محرضة للفتنة وضد الحكومة وكانت هناك تهمتان الاولى تخص القناة التي كان يمتلكها والتي استخدمت للتحريض على الطائفية وجاء الجبوري بكتاب يبين فيه ان القناة كانت ليست باسمه وليس هناك دليل على انه يمتلكها".
وكانت محكمة الجنايات المركزية العراقية قد اسقطت تهما بالارهاب ضد النائب السابق مشعان الجبوري المقيم في سوريا.
وقال مشعان الجبوري في تصريح صحفي "ذهبت بنفسي الى بغداد وحضرت في محكمة الجنايات المركزية طوعيا وأُلغيت جميع المذكرات والتهم التي رفعت ضدي".
واضاف مشعان "تمكنت من الدفاع عن نفسي وخاصة عقوبه سجني لخمسة عشر عاما والغيت تلك الاحكام ومجموعة اخرى من التهم التي وجهت ضدي، وفق المادة الرابعة من قانون مكافحة الارهاب"، مشيرا الى حصوله "على قرار قضائي برفع الحجز عن ممتلكاته
وتابع هيثم الجبوري ان التهمة الثانية كانت تتعلق باختلاس اموال عندما كان مسؤولا عن حماية خط النفط من الشمال للجنوب "مشيرا الى ان" لجنة النزاهة شككت ببراءة الجبوري وطالبت باستدعاء القضاة للاستفسار عن مثل هكذا حكم وان كانت هناك صفقة ستستفسر عنها.
وبشأن التصريحات التي بينت ان هناك صفقة قام بها النائب عزة الشابندر، قال الجبوري اننا ننفي مثل هكذا امر وان"الشابندر لا يمثل دولة القانون وكان لدينا اجتماع في الهيئة السياسية لدولة القانون اذ اننا لا نريد ان نكون جزءا من هكذا امور".
واشار الى ان "الشابندر ان كان مشتركا في الصفقة فسنقدمه للقضاء لينال جزاءه ".
وكان رئيس كتلة الاحرار النيابية بهاء الاعرجي قد عرض على البرلمان خلال جلسته الثلاثاء الماضي قضية مشعان الجبوري.
وقال خلال الجلسة إن "مشعان الجبوري تم تبرئته من التهم الموجهة ضده من قبل القضاء العراقي خلال 11 دقيقة و34 ثانية".
واضاف إن "هذا الاجراء يشير الى وجود ازدواجية في القضاء إذ كيف يمكن تبرئة شخص من تهم خطيرة خلال هذه المدة الزمنية القصيرة"؟
وكان مجلس القضاء الاعلى العراقي، قد نفى اصداره أي قرار يقضي بتبرئة النائب السابق مشعان الجبوري، متهما في الوقت ذاته جهات لم يسمها بالإساءة الى القضاء العراقي، الذي قال انه يعمل بـ"شفافية ولايتأثر بأية ضغوطات سياسية".
وكان القضاء العراقي قد اصدر في عام 2007 حكما غيابيا على النائب السابق مشعان الجبوري يقضي بسجنه خمس عشرة سنة بتهم تتعلق بقضايا فساد.
وقال المتحدث باسم مجلس القضاء الاعلى القاضي عبد الستار البيرقدار: ان القضاء العراقي لم يبرىء الجبوري من التهم المسندة اليه، وانما قرر اعادة النظر في قضيته وذلك بعد تسليمه لنفسه، ومثوله امام المحكمة.
واكد البيرقدار ان النائب السابق قدم اعتراضا على الحكم الغيابي الصادر بحقه، وهو أمر يسمح به القانون العراقي، وقد قرر القضاء العراقي اخلاء سبيل الجبوري بكفالة ضامنة، تمهيدا لإعادة محاكمته اواسط أيار المقبل. واوضح البيرقدار ان القضاء العراقي سينظر في قضية النائب مشعان الجبوري من جديد، وسيدرس الادلة المتوفرة في قضيته، ومن ثم سيصدر حكما جديدا بحقه، سيكون إما الحكم السابق نفسه أو يتم تعديله أو الغاءه.
وكان عضو ائتلاف دولة القانون النائب عن التحالف الوطني حيدر العبادي قد دعا مجلس القضاء الأعلى الى إعطاء توضيحات بشأن تبرئة مشعان الجبوري من التهم المنسوبة إليه، بينما اتهم النائب عن كتلة الاحرار بهاء الاعرجي القضاء العراقي بالازدواجية في التعامل مع بعض القضايا ومن بينها قضية الجبوري.
وشدد المتحدث باسم مجلس القضاء الاعلى على ان القضاء العراقي يعمل بـ"شفافية تامة ولايمكن لأية ضغوطات سياسية ان تؤثر على عمله"، متهما جهات لم يحددها بالإساءة للقضاء العراقي من خلال بعض التصريحات.
يذكر ان مشعان الجبوري الذي كان نائبا في البرلمان وزعيما لكتلة المصالحة والتحرير غادر العراق بعد عام 2007، وكان يدير قناتي الزوراء والرأي اللتين ركزتا على عرض نشاطات الجماعات المسلحة في العراق.
