4 sanctions on Iran, none on Israel

Israel has been enriching Uranium since the late 60s and has been receiving technical assistance from France, UK and the US to develop its nuclear arsenal and relevant delivery systems. The US has also paid for three advanced German submarines delivered to Israel which were later armed with US missiles to carry Israeli-made nukes. It was recently reported that these nuclear-armed Israeli submarines are near the Iranian coast.

Furthermore, Israel is the only Middle-East country that refuses to sign the nuclear non proliferation treaty. In the recent past Israel had prepared its nukes to hit Arab targets three time, the last of which was in 1991 by Itzhaq Shamir in order to hit Iraq in reply to Saddam scud missiles. In the efforts to make the Middle East a nuclear-free zone, the US, France, the UK and Germany have submitted a memorandum to the UN Security council in order to impose sanctions, not on Israel, but on Iran for its refusal to stop the Uranium enrichment program.

That is at the time when Israeli Dimona Nuclear Reactor is working at full-capacity enriching Uranium and two more nuclear reactors are in the pipeline. One may say why pass more resolutions when Israel is already in breach of 39 UN Security Council Resolutions. Ahmedinejad is fully justified in labeling the fourth UN sanction as good as a used toilet paper.
