Multi-cluster Rapid Assessment Mechanism (McRAM) for the Upper Swat returnees-Video report

The Multi-cluster Rapid Assessment Mechanism (McRAM) for the Upper Swat returnees was organized & conducted by OCHA Pakistan, that use questions designed by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) Clusters in Pakistan, together with PDA (Personal Digital Assistants) technology and well-trained field teams to provide feedback on the needs of communities & house holds, was conducted from 8th April 2010 to 16th April 2010 in which 36 teams conducted McRAM in 3 Sub-divisions of Swat namely Matta, Khwazakhela and Behrain . I got a chance to monitor the survey for two days on April 10th & 11th 2010 in Matta & Khwazakhela. A hectic schedule was followed by the teams during the assessment process to ensure the quality of data and information. This 5 parts (9 minutes & 20 seconds each part) report highlights the efforts of McRAM team and McRAM methodology in detail in House holds & Communities.
